These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SMS messaging services provided by Stoudt Labs. By using any Stoudt Labs application that sends SMS messages, you agree to these terms.

Purpose: Platform invitations and transactional account notifications
SMS Service Description
Stoudt Labs sends one-time invitation and notification SMS messages to phone numbers submitted by coaches, administrators, or other authorized users of our applications (including Coach AI at putmein.co and Capsule at capsl.life).
Messages include a link to accept an invitation or join a platform. No marketing, promotional, or recurring scheduled messages are ever sent. Each phone number receives at most one invitation message per event (team join, signup, etc.).
Message Frequency
Message frequency is low and event-driven. You receive an SMS only when someone with authorized access to our platform sends you a specific invitation or notification. We do not send recurring, scheduled, or unsolicited messages.

STOP & HELP Instructions
You can manage your SMS preferences at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out of all future SMS messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation and then no further messages.
- Reply HELP to any message from us to receive support information, including our contact email.
After sending STOP, you will no longer receive SMS invitations or notifications from our platform. You can re-enable it at any time by contacting support or updating your account settings.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have permission to use the phone number you provide. By submitting your phone number, you confirm that you are authorised to receive messages at that number. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Stoudt Labs services.
Privacy
Your phone number is used only to send invitation and notification messages and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Stoudt Labs provides SMS invitation and notification services "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or other factors outside our control. For account access issues caused by SMS delivery failure, contact support using the details below.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
